The purpose of the Engineering Leadership Network is to bring together highly motivated engineering students from diverse backgrounds to apply our leadership skills in the spirit of Ut Prosim – That I May Serve.
We will share our leadership model with others within the engineering and university community through unique leadership-oriented programs and activities.
As graduates and professionals, we will set the standard for responsible leadership in society and continue to serve by supporting future ELN fellows and the broader community of engineers.
ELN was created out of the desire to train engineers to be more than just ‘propeller-heads.’ In today’s global and technology-driven world, engineers need communication and leadership skills to more successfully interact with and help those we serve.
